Cancellation without charge

  • Clients can cancel their reservation at no additional cost if they do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Cancellation fee within 24 hours

  • In the case of canceling an appointment within 24 hours before the scheduled time (date and time of arrival), a fee of 50% of the total price of the booked treatment (or multiple treatments) will be applied.

The reason for applying the cancellation fee within 24 hours before the scheduled appointment stems from the fact that we have already reserved our resources, staff, and equipment to provide the service.

When an appointment is lost due to last-minute cancellation, it can cause significant costs for us, such as:

  • Loss of income: Appointments that are booked in advance represent a key part of our revenue. Last-minute cancellations leave that appointment slot empty, causing us to lose the opportunity to provide the service to another client. This gap in the schedule often results in a loss of income.
  • Staff costs: We plan and schedule our staff to fulfill all booked appointments. A last-minute cancellation means we have already reserved or paid for our staff's working hours, which can create unplanned costs.
  • Equipment and material costs: The preparation of necessary materials, chemicals, and equipment is done in advance for each appointment. When an appointment is canceled, we are left with unused equipment that may have an expiration date or that cannot be used for other clients.

Due to these costs, we apply a cancellation fee within 24 hours to at least partially compensate for the losses incurred due to the missed appointment.

We also understand that extraordinary circumstances can occur, and we will consider exceptions in certain cases. Your cooperation and understanding are extremely important to us.
